Bromélia House, Florianópolis — A Soft, Light-Filled Coastal Refresh
Bromélia House sits in Praia dos Ingleses, on the north side of Florianópolis, and the whole place was redesigned with that easy coastal mood in mind. The biggest shift happened in the kitchen: we brought a former utility/balcony space into the main layout, giving the kitchen better flow and the breathing room it always needed. It feels open now — lighter, calmer and far more functional.
The rest of the flat follows the same energy. Soft textures, pale woods and a clean palette create a relaxed seaside feel without slipping into clichés. Each room was furnished to feel modern but warm, with small design tweaks that make the apartment feel more open and connected.
What was once a fairly standard city flat now feels like a fresh, modern coastal home — simple, airy and ready for slow mornings by the sea.
